I currently live at Summerwood. The apartments are very nice, staff is very courteous and the grounds are well maintained. Anytime I have had a maintenance issue, it was resolved quickly. They are pet friendly and overall a wonderful place to live.

We are on our third lease with Summerwood Apartments. Overall, we are very pleased with the property, location, and management of the property. We are pleased to the degree that we recommended the facility to our brother when he moved to Tyler and needed an apartment while looking to build or buy a home. The apartments are very attractive with high ceilings and floor and crown molding and chair rails in the dining room. Lots of light with the many large windows. Love the large soak tubs! Very nice porches and balconies and covered parking available. We love our covered parking. Maintenance staff is great. The grounds always look well-kept. We enjoy living in this apartment complex.

The apartments are nice, clean, and safe. I lived there for 4 years and the staff is awesome and I enjoyed my stay. If you are looking for a home away from home this place is awesome thanks for making me comfortable and secure.
